Amethyst scepter – Les Droites, Mont-Blanc
Here is a beautiful amethyst scepter from a rare locality. The scepter itself shows a mix of smoky quartz and amethyst. No damage to report. Amethyst is a scarce mineral in the Alps mountains, especially in the Mont-Blanc area. This specimen was found by the famous crystal seeker Christophe Peray.
