Gwindel Quartz – Val Cavrein, Switzerland

This perfect specimen is composed of a little gwindel attached to a single quartz crystal. The quality is amazing. The quartz is lightly smoky, water clear and very lustrous. The main quartz crystal is partially bi-terminated and the rest of it is fully recrystallized. There is no damage to this beautiful specimen coming from this classic Swiss locality.
