Awesome specimen of crystallized native gold in milky quartz from the Brusson mine (“Brosso” in Italian), an old mine located in the Italian Alps. The These gold specimens have become very hard to find because the Brusson mine is now closed and forbidden. Grossular Garnet var. Hessonite

Another Alpine classic: grossular garnet var. Hessonite with some green Diopside and Clinochlore. Garnet crystals are very lustrous, nearly gem quality. The orange / red color is typical of the alpine localities. This locality has produced some of the most beautiful alpine garnets and even so extremely rare faden garnets. Size: 92 mm x 50 mm x 30 mm

Native Gold on Quartz with some scattered pyrite crystals. Small but very fine specimen from a classic and now closed locality. Unlike most of the specimens seen on the market, this specimen has not been treated with acid around the gold leaves. Size: 27mm x 24mm x 14mm
