How to order
If you wish to place an order please send an email to: lbmineraux@gmail.com
Please let us know the mineral specimen and its reference number. All specimens are sold on a first come – first served basis. We will immediately reserve and hold your specimen, and we will generally respond within a period of 1 – 2 days.
Shipping rates
Please contact us to know the exact shipping cost to your country. It may vary with the parcel weight between the ranges in the table below.
Payment Options
We accept payments by bank transfer or Paypal Please let us know which of these payment options you prefer. We aim to ship all items within a period of 2-3 days upon receipt of your payment.
Customs / Duty Fees
The customer is responsible for paying all associated customs or duty fees when minerals are shipped to foreign countries.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a specimen because you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you can do so within a 14 day return period. Please send us an email indicating the order reference number and the price. Please handle the specimen very carefully and return it immediately after notifying us of its return. Once we have received the specimen in the same condition that it was sent to you, we will happily refund the full price of the item (less the shipping costs).
